Since the firm was established in 1991, it has focused much of its practice on credit card collections. Each of our attorneys has significant experience in credit card collections and litigation. We focus on cost control, with pre-litigation collection attempts, skip-tracing and public records searches, and with a dedicated approach to come to terms with borrowers without extended litigation. Over the years, a number of legal defenses have been applied by credit card borrowers, which can have the effect of significant delaying the prosecution of valid credit card claims. The firm endeavors to bring such defenses before the court early on in litigation to determine their soundness and to avoid unnecessary delays whenever possible.
